Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians are encouraged to apply! Position Highlights Team Composition: 23 providers. A collaborative mix of FM, Med-Peds and APCS. With a robust support staff of nurses, MA's, clinical pharmacist, social workers, behavioral health specialists and front office staff! Patient Demographics: All ages Patient volume: 12-16 patients on average Virtual Flexibility: Opportunity for one virtual day per week. Call Schedule: 1:12. Approximately 4 weeks per year. Additional Compensation: Paid desktop coverage and moonlighting opportunities available. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. Utilize onsite case management for chronic disease and virtual behavioral health consultant. The above compensation range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting for full-time hours in the respective specialty. The actual compensation within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on a variety of factors, including the fair market value for physician services, candidate experience, education, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. The compensation range listed may include various forms of applicable compensation for this position, including productivity incentives, value-based incentives and other ancillary forms of compensation dependent upon operational factors such as hours worked, call coverage and other factors.
