Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians are encouraged to apply.
Position Highlights Team Composition: 23 providers, a collaborative mix of FM, Med-Peds and APCS, with a robust support staff of nurses, MAs, clinical pharmacist, social workers, behavioral health specialists and front office staff.
Patient Demographics: All ages
Patient volume: 12-16 patients on average
Virtual Flexibility: Opportunity for one virtual day per week
Call Schedule: 1:12; approximately 4 weeks per year
Additional Compensation: Paid desktop coverage and moonlighting opportunities available
Patient Focus: With inbox management tools, you can devote more focus to patients rather than note-taking on a laptop
Proximity: Close to ChristianaCare’s main hospital campus in Newark, DE
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population
Utilize onsite case management for chronic disease and virtual behavioral health consultant
Participate in clinical collaboration and onsite group consultations

Annual Compensation Range: $251,302.00 – $361,417.00
The compensation range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith estimate for full-time hours in the specialty. Actual compensation within the range depends on factors including market value, experience, education, training, credentials and qualifications. The range may include different compensation forms such as productivity incentives and value-based incentives depending on operational factors.
