Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians are encouraged to apply. Position Highlights Team Composition: 23 providers, a collaborative mix of FM, Med-Peds and APCS, with a robust support staff of nurses, MAs, clinical pharmacist, social workers, behavioral health specialists and front office staff. Actual compensation within the range depends on factors including market value, experience, education, training, credentials and qualifications. The range may include different compensation forms such as productivity incentives and value-based incentives depending on operational factors.
