At the Starbucks location on campus, Barista Trainees/Certified Baristas learn customer service and signature drinks through modules and hands on experience with Certified Baristas, Barista Trainers (Shift Leaders) and managers. After completing the training, they become Certified Baristas. Duties include serving guests (drink making and cashiering), cleaning, and stocking. There will also be miscellaneous jobs assigned within the dining area.

Position Type: Student

Position Requirements: * Must be a current Ferris State University student * Must be able to work 10-24 hours a week, including some weekends * Must be able to complete barista certification within 2 months of hire date * Customer service and/or barista experience preferred, but not required
