Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide support to deposition team as needed Review and pay Magna and subpoena process server bills over the straight through processing (STP) limit Assist with large billing projects, add subpoena documents and Affidavits of service to doc man Communicate with subpoena vendors for issuance and serving of subpoenas Communicate with outside counsel regarding handling of depositions Grant access to outside counsel responsible for scheduling and handling depositions Complete extension requests, compile call in and PIN information for depositions then provide the information to Magna on a weekly basis for court reporter coverage Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Minimum Qualifications: One year of permanent, competitive class service in a title eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of Civil Service Law. Eligible titles include, but are not limited to: Administrative Assistant 1, Program Aide, Contract Management Specialist Trainee 1; OR Four years of customer service experience that required independence in both verbal and written communication responsibilities; OR Associate degree or higher AND two years of customer service experience that required independence in both verbal and written communication responsibilities.
