Overview The Office of University Communications is looking for a student worker to help with the University’s central video production and digital publishing work. What you’ll do Assist with video production and digital publishing across UVA social platforms, virginia.edu, UVA Today, and paid marketing materials. Work with the multimedia team to create visual content, gain behind‑the‑scenes access to events, and meet and work with people across Grounds. Responsibilities Support the production of video stories and other visual content. Collaborate with colleagues on storytelling for the University’s communications channels. Stay informed about student life events to help tell the overall University experience. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have an interest in visual communication, marketing, and social media, and experience editing in Adobe Premiere. Video production and animation skills are a plus, but not required, as we can provide training. Details This is a paid student position for 5–15 hours per week, with most hours expected to be in office if not on a video production.
