Position Overview: The Department of Music seeks student workers to assist in the following areas for the AY26 academic school year. A minimum of 3 hours per week is required with a maximum of 15 hours per week available Responsibilities: Choral Librarian Manager: Assist with managing music's choral library.
Instrumental Librarian Manager: Assist with managing music's instrumental library.
Equipment Manager: Manage music equipment, instruments; set up/break down rehearsals and/or performance events.
Office Assistant: Assist with administrative tasks assigned by the program coordinator.
Recruitment Assistant: Assist with recruitment events (MMFAD, Lion’s Day, Auditions, etc.)
Learning Objectives: Effective communication skills
Organization skills
Task management skills
Preferred Qualifications: Proficient using G Suite and Microsoft Office
