The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Human Resources to work within our Tapestry corporate team. Functions include but are not limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Business Partner, People Solutions, Social Impact, etc.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems.
Help organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events.
Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to support process improvements.
Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis for workforce planning.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
An outstanding professional may have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems is a plus, demonstrated ability to think creatively and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, agile, solutions-oriented mindset with openness to trying new, innovative approaches.
