Position: Student Workers Needed - must be a Student of the Augustine Institute, in good standing, in order to apply. The Campus Operations team seeks student workers to work with the following teams: External Events, Facilities, Food & Beverage, Front Desk, Hosted Events, Housekeeping, and Security. FLSA: Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations)

Pay Rate: $16.50

Schedule: This part-time position will work out of the Augustine Institute home office in Florissant, Missouri.
Reporting to: Campus Operations Management

• Assist with the coordination of campus programs, events, and initiatives.
• Maintain an elevated level of customer service and professionalism at all times, making guests feel at home and connected with attentive hospitality.
• Communicate and interact effectively with a broad range of people to accomplish assigned tasks or projects.
• Provide logistical support across the campus, including guest services, front gate operations, shipping and receiving.
• Ensure proper security measures are followed in case of emergencies and participate in emergency response drills and procedures, acting as a point of contact for safety and emergency situations.
• Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of campus facilities, ensuring all areas are presentable and functional.
• Track and manage inventory of office supplies, classroom materials, and event equipment.
• Provide tours and orientation sessions for new students, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain accurate records of campus activities, events, and incidents.
• Assist in coordinating transportation/parking for campus events and activities.
