Want a job on campus that's fun, creative, and actually helps your peers? Join the Financial Literacy Team (FinLit) at SNHU and put your marketing, people, and design skills to the test.
We know students hate "money talk" - that's where you come in. You'll be the face of Finlit on campus, making financial wellness less boring and way more approachable. Whether you love talking to people, designing graphics, or running social media, this role gives you real-world experience that looks great on a resume.
Job Responsibilities:
Be the voice of FinLit: Spread the word about financial wellness resources in fun and approachable ways.
Host tabling events: Connect with students across campus (Student Center, Academic Center, Webster Hall) - yes, you get paid to chit chat
Promote services creatively: Use Canva to design eye-catching flyers and graphics
Manage social media content: Help us create posts that actually get students' attention
Encourage peers: Invite students to book FinLit appointments and support them with a friendly vibe
Minimum Qualifications:
Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
Work study part of financial aid package
Students with work study may be prioritized
Friendly, outgoing, and motivated to engage with peers
Strong communication skills (bonus if you like design, marketing, or social media)
Positive attitude - you don't need finance knowledge, just energy and creativity

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
