FAES | Horticulture and Crop Science-JM The position supports the on-going projects funded by USDA SCRI where we need student research assistants to work with PI (Kubota) and her graduate student for conducting CEA hydroponic crop production research. Typically this opportunity gives undergraduate students a good introductory research experience using greenhouse and CEA systems. Work schedule can be arranged based on students availability and project needs. Responsibilities are data collection (20%), crop management (50%), and others (30%). No prior experiences are required but educational background in horticulture or related field is desirable.
