Description
STARTING SALARY RANGE: $45,539.73 - $59,908.69 commensurate with the agreement between the MCCS Trustees and the MEA Administrators Unit Level III pending classification.

RESPONSIBILITIES : The Student Recruitment & Enrollment Specialist plays a key role in attracting, advising, and enrolling prospective students. This position serves as both a front-line representative of the institution and a supportive member of the admissions operations team. Approximately 75% of the role is dedicated to recruitment travel, outreach, and applicant counseling, while 25% focuses on back-office functions such as application processing, data entry, and operational support. The Specialist works to ensure that every prospective student receives personalized guidance while also contributing to the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of enrollment processes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of related experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working in an academic affairs or registrar's office. Experience in admissions, recruitment, higher education, or customer service preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication platforms. Willingness to travel regionally and work some evenings/weekends.
