Position Summary
Working from the office in Columbus, Ohio, the Student Records Administrative Assistant is responsible for daily administrative tasks of the school such as answering phones and email, receiving visitors, assisting the principal and teachers with administrative tasks, filing and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Managing student records Assisting families and schools with records related inquiries Facilitating the process of withdrawing students Reviewing student records Data Entry Other duties as assigned Requirements Strong technology skills (especially with Google Office and web-based applications) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Customer focused approach High degree of flexibility Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Has the capability to travel and work onsite Please note 2-step authentication is required to set-up to login to all systems if given a job offer.
