As a RedBull Student Marketeer, you are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. Reporting to the local Field Marketing Specialist (FMS), you will learn RedBull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on your campus and in the region. You will reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and drive visibility of the RedBull brand. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers. Responsibilities The key responsibilities of the role include: Living and breathing the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers. Building and executing a tailored and innovative campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life at your university. Creating a strong network on and around your campus, establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals. Identifying local collegiate content creators in relevant RedBull scenes and working with your FMS to bring them into the World of RedBull. Growing the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of RedBull through product sampling to consumers at the right place and right time. Working at RedBull events, collegiate activations, and supported events to help ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers. Building awareness and encouraging participation in the World of RedBull, including collegiate events and activations. Increasing brand engagement on your Social Media handles through authentic content. Building relationships with local sales account managers and ensuring RedBull is available and visible in outlets, on your campus and in your region. Collaborating with sales to open new distribution points for RedBull within your university campus and beyond. Leveraging relevant assets from the world of RedBull in order to keep us top of mind in sales accounts. Ensuring perfect execution of defined store standards. Delivering executional excellence and showing love for the details in all areas of your role. Sharing ideas and collaborating with your team through regular face-to-face and online interaction. Planning and reporting your activities in the dedicated online platform in a timely manner and with accuracy. Contributing to business development by providing local insights, trends, and overall opportunities. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: To be at least 18 years of age To have a valid US driver’s license University or college enrollment To be fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage To be able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends for a minimum of 15 hours per week To be immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city To be connected with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus To have an affinity for project management, working 'behind the scenes’, and winning sales To be a team player, willing to represent RedBull with branded outfits and onboard the RedBull Mini The hourly rate for this position is $22.00/hour.
