MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking a creative and driven Interior Design Co-Op Student Intern for the Spring Semester to join our Consumer Experiences Market team in Seattle, WA!
This unique opportunity is open to University of Cincinnati DAAP 4th Year Interior Design Students and is eligible for the double section co-op placement covering Spring and Summer 2026 (January 12 - August 8, 2026).
In our Consumer Experiences (CX) Market, you'll dive into the fast-paced world of retail and food & beverage design, working on projects that anticipate lifestyle shifts and shape the way people connect with brands. You'll gain hands-on experience in the production and coordination of construction documents while building practical knowledge of the professional design process.
We're looking for someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn, ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to impactful, real-world projects alongside a team of passionate designers. Assist in document preparation. Gather and generate data for projects. Perform research and development for projects. Assist team with clerical needs, such as archiving and document distribution and tracking. Assist with other project tasks as assigned. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, or a degree in a related field. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Exhibits MG2 Practice Values of Integrated Approach, Design Excellence, Social Responsibility, Leadership, and Results. Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions. Compensation: $22.00/hr to $25.00/hr (depending on qualifications)
