What You'll Do:

• Support individuals in group homes and the community
• Assist with daily living skills: hygiene, meals, mobility, and more
• Help implement personalized care and life enrichment plans
• Build relationships and encourage personal choice and independence
• Accompany individuals on fun outings and community activities

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16-24 years old and enrolled in high school or college
• Compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn
• Able to lift 60 lbs and meet physical job demands
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Driver's license required after age 18
