Duties/Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities Carts/range employees should always make sure clean golf carts are readily available for all customers, which includes staging them neatly and fully stocked with a scorecard, pencil, and full sand bottles. Employees should always greet customers with a smile, ask them if they can be of any assistance, and direct customers to wherever they need to go. Employees should also always offer assistance in getting customers’ golf bags and securing them on a golf cart, if needed. Furthermore, employees should use the driving range picker to collect golf balls off the range throughout their shift so that customers always have the ability to buy range balls. Employees should tend to the cleanliness of the driving range as well, picking up loose baskets and trash, as well as clearing the chipping green of excess golf balls. The cart barn and the driving range building should both be locked and secured before employees leave at the end of each day. Finally, whenever an employee is operating a cash register, they must follow the appropriate policies and procedures laid out in their Employee Manual. Percentage of time Position Details

Minimum Qualifications Position Summary The role of the carts/range staff is to make sure clean golf carts are readily available to customers at all times, that customers always have plenty of golf balls to hit at the range, and that both the cart barn and driving range building are properly secured at the end of each day. In the event that a carts/range employee is asked to work a cash register, they are expected to do so within the established policies and procedures. Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position Previous golf course or comparable experience. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Ability to understand and follow specific oral and written instructions. Willing to perform manual labor for extended periods, often under
