The Role The role is responsible for the design and implementation of strategies to recruit prospective students and families and meet campus enrollment goals. This includes planning events, elementary school visits and presentations, representing the campus at community events, and creating marketing and outreach campaigns to drive results. The individual will own key focus areas related to student admissions such as strategy, engagement, and administration.
Key Responsibilities Strategically secure and leverage recruitment opportunities to generate leads for enrollment, understanding the local enrollment landscape, policy, and procedures. Mobilize and engage current students, parents, and alumni to support recruitment efforts on campus and in the communities. Cultivate relationships with community-based organizations and partners to execute recruitment campaigns, build lead pipelines, and serve as the campus brand ambassador. Communicate effectively with diverse audiences to deliver a compelling vision of Noble Schools. Manage student information in student information systems with a focus on data quality and privacy; support data entry and data analysis with other staff. Be available for some evening and weekend work; in-person presence at two Noble schools; report to the Assistant Director of Admissions & Enrollment; collaborate with Campus Admission teams. Demonstrate a passion for Noble’s work.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is included. The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and skill set.
