About the Role: As a Spirit Shop Retail Associate, you'll be the face of Westminster spirit-helping students, families, alumni, and visitors find the apparel, gifts, and supplies they need to show their Griffin pride!

Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism • Operate the register and handle transactions accurately • Restock shelves and maintain appealing product displays • Tag merchandise and support inventory organization • Help with campus events, game day setups, and promotions • Follow shop policies and uphold store security procedures • Qualifications: • Currently enrolled Westminster student • Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Customer service experience a plus (but not required) • Comfortable lifting/moving light to moderate items (up to 25 lbs)
