Job Description:
Berklee is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Special Project Assistant to support the Student Success Advising team during an exciting period of transformation.
Reporting to the Director of Student Success Advising , this temporary two-year role is central to the successful implementation of Workday Student , Berklee’s new student information system. The assistant will serve as the key point of coordination for the Student Advising Workstream—scheduling meetings, creating agendas, supporting communications, and ensuring project deliverables stay on track.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate project-related meetings, timelines, and materials
Draft and distribute communications to internal stakeholders
Help manage digital files and ensure workstream documentation is organized and up to date
Support the Director with day-to-day administrative operations within the Student Success Advising department
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
Contribute to a student-centered, equity-focused advising culture

Proficient in tools like Google Suite, Excel, Zoom, Asana, and SmartSheets (or eager to learn)

Excited to work in a hybrid environment (Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM EST)

Hiring Range: $58k to $67k ; salary dependent on relevant experience and education.
