Research & Development Project Management Academic Worker (IU-Indy Students ONLY)

Responsibilities:
Communication: Support communication with team members and stakeholders and assist with creating standardized project status reports.
Documentation: Update project management business process documentation by creating a template and migrating legacy content into the new structure.
Data Management: Use project management tools to collect, organize, and report on R&D project data and performance.
Transformation: Contribute to the strategic modernization of SPMO operations by investigating and recommending innovative tools and platforms, with a focus on AI.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program from an accredited college or university. A science degree is preferred.
Experience: Previous internship, project coordination, or leadership experience in academic or extracurricular settings is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with strong attention to detail.
