Overview Principal Coordinator - Students & Grads Event Operations. We are looking for an exceptional Event Coordinator to support the planning, logistics and execution of Students & Grads University Events. You will be responsible for event planning, execution and logistics while collaborating with University Leads. You will help the team stay well-managed during a fast-paced recruiting season. Responsibilities Be hyper-focused on providing an exceptional candidate experience with each event we host virtually and on campus.
Communicate details clearly through verbal and written communications.
Work closely with University Events leads and recruiters to ensure a cohesive candidate experience throughout the full candidate journey.
Be detail-oriented and apply big picture thinking to local execution.
Travel up to 25-50% during the peak season to support in-person events.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.
Ability to identify and prioritize a high volume of work in ambiguous contexts.

Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
At least 1 year of experience in corporate event planning or project management.
At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
At least 2 years of experience in corporate event planning or project management.
At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
Experience working in an agile environment.

Salary and Benefits The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries apply to candidates hired to work in one of these locations. Part-time salaries will be prorated based on hours. McLean, VA: $62,500 - $71,300 for Principal HR Coordinator; Richmond, VA: $56,800 - $64,800 for Principal HR Coordinator. Candidates hired in other locations will be paid at the salary range for that location, as reflected in the offer letter.
