Description
The Presidential Student Ambassadors (PSA) are student leaders who represent the Office of the President at designated events and related New College of Florida activities. They exemplify the Mighty Banyan spirit and values of New College of Florida.

Serve as a liaison to the President on key student issues.
Opportunity to network with influential business and community leaders, locally, regionally and internationally.
Travel opportunities with University staff, in support of University events off campus.
Presidential Ambassador Appreciation Dinner, annually in May.
A standing offer of a letter of recommendation from the President for a future job, continued education opportunities, or military entrance if remain in good standing while serving in the position.
Provide key feedback to continuously be exceptional and a leader in liberal arts education.
The President, Chief of Staff, or designee would be honored to be a thesis/BACC committee member.
Examples of Duties
Interact with potential or current donors, community partners, future students, alumni, staff, faculty, and fellow students.
Will serve as an official host of Presidential events such as, but not limited to: Presidential Dinners, Receptions, Socratic Stage series, Commencement, Orientation week, Admissions events, community partner meetings on campus, and more.
Assist with event set up, welcoming/greeting, speaking to potential students and their families.
Participating in a panel conversation.
Serving as a liaison on campus.
Uniform and nametag (provided) must be worn at all events.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Full time NCF student in good academic standing.
Attendance required at designated meetings and events.
Nights and weekend work will be required.
Knowledgeable of the campus.
Dependable to carry out their assigned duties.
Preferred Qualifications
2nd, 3rd, or 4th year NCF students are preferred and are eligible to apply multiple years
