With a strong focus on safety and preparedness, the Client also develops emergency management and COVID mitigation plans, ensuring seamless and secure experiences for both artists and audiences.

Job Description

Scheduling appointments Sending cards, flowers, etc Updating spreadsheets Creating shipping/packaging labels Ordering maintenance and repairs for household appliances, etc. Assisting with inbound calls as needed Additional admin tasks as needed

Must Haves

Google sheet/Excel experience (ability to do basic computations/math) At least 2-3 years of experience of PA/Admin experience Leads with nice demeanor

Home Office Requirements
