Responsibilities Spearhead large-scale PeopleSoft Campus Solutions implementations and version upgrades, guiding stakeholders through business workshops, requirement validation, and fit-gap assessments.
Define and own the functional architecture and integration blueprints, ensuring seamless connectivity between Campus Solutions and scheduling/finance/CRM platforms.
Direct the preparation of functional designs and enhancement strategies, providing oversight on customization and compliance with institutional frameworks.
Orchestrate end-to-end test cycles including regression, SIT, and UAT; manage cutover activities and enforce go-live readiness checkpoints.
Establish data governance and conversion playbooks, leveraging tools like Excel-to-CI and advanced PS Query to ensure accuracy in student data migration.
Provide leadership to distributed teams, enforcing delivery standards, building functional expertise, and driving knowledge-sharing culture.
Partner with senior academic stakeholders to modernize student administration processes, embedding automation and improving service efficiency.
Govern third-party integrations and interface workflows, with a focus on stability, error handling, and long-term maintainability.
Drive post-production optimization and AMS delivery models, introducing improvements that reduce downtime and operational overhead.
Safeguard compliance by implementing robust access controls, audit checks, and student data protection mechanisms.
Requirements Minimum 9 years of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions functional consulting across multiple modules and enterprise-scale projects.
Advanced expertise in student lifecycle operations — admissions, academic records, financials, aid, and graduation tracking.
Skilled in solution configuration, impact analysis, and validation of enhancements, including support for bolt-ons and cross-module dependencies.
Hands-on experience leading integration programs with external academic and ERP systems, ensuring end-to-end transaction integrity.
Demonstrated ability to redesign academic workflows, documenting TO-BE models and aligning them to digital transformation goals.
Strong command of data migration strategies, including audit, reconciliation, and conversion of complex student datasets.
Proficiency with test lifecycle management tools and structured defect triage methodologies.
Excellent facilitation skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders, faculty leadership, and IT governance boards.
Background in end-user enablement and functional training, with proven success in building scalable learning materials.
Highly analytical with proven success in resolving escalations, root-cause analysis, and delivering stable production environments.
