Position Title Part-Time Pizza - Student Dining

Job Description Prepare, press and assemble, pizza doughs, sauces and toppings for daily production. Bake pizzas as needed throughout meal period. Maintain safe temperatures throughout shift. Rotate and properly store product at end of shift. Clean and sanitize work station. Complete daily production sheet and temperature logs. Position works 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and every other weekend. Required Qualifications Performs the duties in efficient manner, meeting the objectives and needs of Ashland University. Must follow State health and safety guidelines to insure safe food handling. Preferred Qualifications Detail oriented, able to multi-task with little or no supervision in a busy environment. Physical Demands Bending, lifting, standing for long periods. Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around a kitchen environment.
