Position Title: Parkside Student Consultant

Job Summary: This role (10-15 hrs/week) combines onsite and remote work to recommend creative, low or no-cost ways to communicate a refreshed employee value proposition (EVP) across multiple channels, supporting the global campaign of videos, images, and other media. Responsibilities include researching, evaluating, and proposing cost-effective strategies. Most scheduling is flexible, but availability one day per week is required for onsite visits and virtual meetings. Reliable transportation to Pleasant Prairie, WI, is necessary.

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate juniors or seniors with marketing and/or human resources majors with a GPA 3.5 or higher, or MBA students.
