Implement measures to promote a safe environment for patients and others. Follow evidence-based guidelines in patient care delivery. Adhere to established protocols for infection control and fall prevention. Identify, report, and intervene in safety hazards. Practice universal precautions in waste disposal and personal protective equipment use. Respect patient privacy by protecting confidential information.
