Requirements:
Completed at least 1 year of nursing school and/or 2 clinical rotations
Social Security Card
Automobile Insurance (if you own a vehicle)
2 Professional References
2 Step PPD, QuantiFERON Gold blood work, or Chest Xray
Successful Completion of:
National criminal background check
Federal and State level background check
Department of Motor Vehicle checks
