Membership And Office Operations Specialist

Florida Atlantic University is seeking multiple Membership and Office Operations Specialists. This position is located in Boca Raton, FL. The role involves managing membership operations, including reconciliation processes for credit/debit card sales, journal entries, payroll deductions, and installment billing. It also includes overseeing student membership staff, training and on-boarding, and serving as a secondary department staff contact for member inquiries. Additional responsibilities include processing payroll deductions, managing locker rental inventory, and ensuring quality customer service to all campus recreation stakeholders. The position may also involve assisting with office supplies and equipment purchases, office technology integration, and managing SharePoint documents. Email communication and pre-employment screenings are also part of the role.

Minimum Qualifications: FAU degree-seeking undergraduate student with a minimum of six credit hours (or twelve if international) and a 2.5 GPA. Proficient in computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Salary: $16 per hour.

Work Days and Hours: Monday - Saturday, 7:00am - 7:00pm for 20 hours per week.
