Goals & Responsibilities

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

• Assist with field surveys and data collection for engineering and construction projects
• Support project teams in preparing survey documents and reports
• Operate surveying equipment under supervision
• Maintain accurate records and project documentation
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to team success
• Respond to public inquiries and help address project-related concerns
• Learn and apply industry best practices in surveying and engineering

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:

• Enrollment in a related academic program (engineering, surveying, or construction)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic math skills for measurements and estimations
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Experience with surveying or CAD software is a plus, but not required
