Reunions Assistant The Reunions Assistant will work with the Manager of Alumni Reunions to assist with mailing preparations, general office tasks, and errands. Hours: 4-8 per week. Federal Work Study required. $15/hour. Up to more than 10 hours/week in the weeks before and the week of reunions. Up to 24 or more hours if available during a reunion weekend (Homecoming in the fall and Alumni Weekend in the spring). Responsibilities: Assist with mailings: organize, label, collate, and stuff mail materials. Perform miscellaneous office tasks such as photocopying, typing, filing, etc. Assist with the inventories, organization, and general upkeep of office spaces such as basement archives, closets, and workspaces. Provide support work for reunions such as making signs, preparing supplies, and assisting with set-ups. The Reunions Assistant has the option of working extra hours on Homecoming weekend (fall) and/or Alumni Weekend (spring). Perform other duties as assigned.
