Base pay range: $70,600.00/yr - $88,600.00/yr

Responsibilities Provide assistance to the Traffic Engineering Department staff in executing tasks associated with various design and study projects.
Tasks include: traffic volume and level of service calculations, operation analysis, traffic impact analysis, traffic and engineering studies, report writing, and preparation of report tables and graphics, signing and pavement marking plans, signal and lighting plans, FMS/ITS plans, as well as quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Required Qualifications Must possess a BS degree in Civil Engineering
Must have at least 0 - 2 years of relevant traffic engineering experience
Experience in the preparation of construction sequencing, roadway paving, and traffic control plans is a plus, but not required
Must be able to obtain an Engineer Intern (EI) certification
Proficiency using SYNCHRO, HCS, and other traffic capacity and analysis software as well as AutoCAD, MicroStation is a plus
Working knowledge of VISSIM, CORSIM, and OpenRoads Designer or other advanced software packages experience is a plus
Flexibility and Schedule Stanley’s Approach to Flexibility: hybrid schedule with two days in the office, two days remotely, and Friday flexible. Eligible roles may also offer a compressed workweek. Some roles may participate in a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
