Trinity Basin Preparatory is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and improve district programs including Special Education, ESL/Bilingual, 504, Migrant, Homeless, Counseling, and Health Services. This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, drives data-informed decisions, and supports student success through effective instruction, professional development, and program management. Key Responsibilities: Lead districtwide Special Programs (SPED, ESL/Bilingual, 504, Counseling, Health, Migrant, Homeless). Monitor compliance and ensure alignment with district, state, and federal requirements. Use data to improve student outcomes and program effectiveness. Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for staff. Collaborate with principals, district leaders, and community partners to support student achievement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (required). • Master’s degree (preferred) • Valid Texas Teaching Certification (required). • Campus Administrator Experience (preferred). • ESL/Bilingual Certification (preferred). • Campus Administration Experience (preferred). • Special Education Certification (preferred). • Reliable means of transportation.
