Director of Student Services Description The Director of Student Services is responsible for direction and management of student services at the South College Nashville Campus in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities Supervision of student advisors. Title IX coordination. Disability services administration. Orientation coordination. Development and coordination of student organizations. Oversight of student publications and communication. Serves as an advocate and resource for students. Coordinates and facilitates student activities and workshops that benefit the student’s academic goals. Requirements: Education Master’s Degree - Preferred Experience Minimum of three to five years professional experience working in higher education Strong interpersonal and communication skills Preferred skills Ability to hire and supervise staff effectively and the capability to problem-solve and work independently. Strong organizational and technology skills, and a willingness to adapt to changing assignments, multiple priorities, and deadlines. Collaboration and the capacity to build strong relationships with campus leadership, faculty, staff, and students to develop and implement effective student success and retention strategies.
