The Director of Student Outcomes is a dynamic campus leader responsible for guiding students from their first day of class to career success. This role oversees Student Services and Career Services teams, ensuring that every student's academic, personal, and professional needs are met with excellence. You will champion retention, foster industry connections, and ensure our graduates are workforce-ready- all while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service every step of the way.

What You'll Do

Lead Student Success Oversee all student-facing services including advising, records, accounts, and career placement Champion retention initiatives in collaboration with Academic leadership, setting and exceeding retention goals Meet with at-risk students to remove barriers, provide guidance, and connect them with resources Elevate Career Outcomes Build strong relationships with employers, industry leaders, and alumni to open career pathways Design and implement innovative career development programs that prepare students for immediate employment Ensure compliance with with all accreditation and government requirements while exceeding placement standards Drive Operational Excellence Hire, develop, and inspire high-performing Student Services and Career Services teams Monitor and improve processes for enrollment changes, re-entry, textbooks/tools, and graduation Analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement

What You Bring

Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in student services, career services, or related leadership Leadership Skills- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, drive results, and foster student-first culture Business- Skilled in analyzing reports Tech Savvy- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, student information systems
