Overview Director of Student Engagement and Enrollment is a full-time, on-site role located in Bellevue, WA. The position leads the organization’s enrollment strategy, engages with prospective families, and guides applicants through their enrollment journey. The Director reports to the Executive Leadership Team and plays a key part in helping the organization achieve growth objectives. Responsibilities Lead enrollment strategy and meet ambitious enrollment targets Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with prospective families and internal stakeholders Serve as a persuasive, confident communicator to guide prospects to enrollment decisions Oversee CRM systems and manage weekly reporting and analytics Plan and support campus and community events to drive engagement Support operations, reporting, and student experience initiatives as needed Qualifications Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset with proven success meeting targets Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and professional communication style Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general tech-savviness Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Compensation and Benefits Base pay range up to $130,000 per year, negotiable based on experience Paid time off and opportunities for professional development Perks of working in a diverse, globally-minded educational environment Career growth potential with a rapidly expanding organization About Our Search Firm Scion Staffing is a national award-winning staffing firm.
