This is a full-time opening for the position of Director of Financial Aid and Student Financial Services. Responsibilities What You’ll Do We are seeking a strategic leader for Student Financial Services who will advance TSC’s commitment to access, affordability and student success. The Director will administer federal, state, and institutional student aid programs and ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and standards. This person must be able to navigate complex data systems, analyze data from various sources to inform decisions, and build strong partnerships with key colleagues across campus. The right person for this position will prioritize student needs and proactively communicate to students to ensure an effortless process, as well as provide leadership that promotes a team environment and improved processes.
