Director, Capital Markets & Treasury Operations

This senior-level position leads two core functions within a global treasury organization: capital markets strategy and treasury operations.

Capital Markets & Financing

• Oversees all major financing activities including revolvers, term loans, commercial paper, and intercompany lending
• Leads joint venture financing efforts, from negotiation to execution
• Manages shareholder return programs such as dividends and share repurchases
• Owns a multi-billion-dollar interest expense budget and develops related forecasts
• Interfaces with banks, rating agencies, and supports regulatory disclosures

Treasury Operations

• Directs daily cash management, short-term investments, and FX spot trading
• Oversees payment processing, liquidity forecasting, and bank account infrastructure
• Serves as the lead for the treasury management system, driving efficiency and innovation

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years in treasury or finance roles, with leadership experience
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Deep understanding of capital markets and treasury systems
