Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
Food Preparation and Service: Prepare food items following standardized recipes and portion sizes.
Workstation Setup: Set up prep tables, service counters, hot wells, and steam tables.
Customer Service: Serve food to guests, answer questions, and address any concerns with a positive demeanor.
Sanitation and Cleaning: Break down, clean, and sanitize workstations, dining areas, and kitchens according to established safety standards.
Stocking and Supplies: Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking food and non-food supplies.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to food safety and health regulations, and follow company policies.
Teamwork: Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient dining operations.
Qualifications: Customer Service Skills: The ability to interact courteously with guests and provide a positive dining experience.
Food Safety Knowledge: Must be willing to acquire or already possess a food safety certification.
Dependability and Instruction Following: Must be dependable, able to follow both written and oral instructions, and take instruction.
Flexibility: Be flexible with hours to accommodate daily routines and extracurricular activities.
Communication Skills: Ability to establish and maintain cooperative communication.
