Responsibilities

Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.

Provide high-quality care for all patients while upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.

Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.

Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.

Maintain awareness of the budget and collaborate with the Operations team to meet financial objectives.

Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental team.

Stay current with developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.

Network with professional groups and dental associations to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.

Qualifications

Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $300,000 – $350,000 per year

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

Relocation Stipend: $7,500

Student Loan Repayment Assistance: $100,000
