Job Summary Supervise and monitor activities of custodial personnel in delivery of building cleaning services within an assigned area. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations. Responsibilities Set and maintain work assignments and schedules of custodial personnel; monitor performance and maintain associated records. Inspect work areas and confer regularly with building management and occupants regarding quality of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and conduct training of custodial personnel; maintain associated records. Requisition and supervise the maintenance of materials and supplies. Supervise the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment. Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma Four to five years of job related experience Rotating shift work is required in maintaining 24x7 coverage. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities This job requires skills in the management of custodial services delivery including organization and planning, scheduling, supervision, communications, customer service and related record keeping.
