We have 3 daughters (8, 6, and 3 years old), and we're looking for coverage every day after school that includes helping with homework, preparing some snacks, and playing with the younger ones, and cleaning up after them. Ideally you have experience watching children, you're in the region and have your own transportation, and you're able to be at our home 3:30pm - 6:30pm Mon - Thurs, and 2pm - 6pm on Fridays. Certainly a plus if you're able to pickup all three (at the same school, in Paramus), but that's not critical.
