Responsibilities:
Attend all EISJ Committee meetings and take, edit, and distribute the minutes of these meetings to Committee members
Facilitate EISJ Committee communications, managing the EISJ Committee email account and connecting with the necessary committee members as needed.
Oversee, in partnership with the EISJ Committee Co-Chairs, the creation and distribution of a ‘College of Performing Arts EISJ Bulletin’ that catalogs all EISJ-related events occurring around the college and university, and keeps College of Performing Arts community members appraised of these events and of the work of the committee.
Meet regularly with EISJ Committee Co-Chairs to coordinate ongoing work projects. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Student must be pursuing a degree at The College of Performing Arts
Strong organizational skills.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Prior experience in EISJ-related work or a willingness to be trained in this area and an awareness of the sensitivity of that work.
Knowledge of basic word processing necessary to generate an aesthetically pleasing bulletin/newsletter.
A passion for and belief in the importance of advancing equity, inclusion, and social justice at the College of Performing Arts Preferred Qualifications:
