About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Student Experience Officer (CSXO) to lead its student services organization and enhance the online learning experience for adult and non-traditional students. Candidates for the CSXO position at the company should have a proven track record of leadership in higher education student services administration, with a focus on online and adult learner programs. A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a master's degree, and a minimum of 8 years' experience in the field, including at least 4 years specifically with online and/or adult learners.
