Position Summary:
This evening CNA shift is specifically designed for students looking to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare setting while maintaining their academic responsibilities. As a CNA, you will play a key role in providing direct care and support to our residents, helping promote dignity, comfort, and overall quality of life.
Shift:
Evening-6:00PM to 10:00 PM
Flexible scheduling is available based on class schedules.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Provide compassionate companionship and respond to resident needs in a timely and respectful manner
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and their families
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications: Must be a current Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) or actively enrolled in a CNA training program
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate and patient-centered mindset
Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
Must be able to work scheduled evening shifts (6-10 PM), with flexible availability around school schedules
