Job Summary:

The Associate Director of Student Systems will work closely with all Student Affairs Staff, the Director of Assessment, Accounting, and the Bursar's Office to provide functional consulting, training, and integration among Student Data Systems and other enterprise and system applications. The Associate Director of Student Systems will be responsible for the oversight of student systems process workflow including staff workload and responsibilities. Collaborates with Student Affairs staff for cross training and coverage to include Student Life, Financial Aid, Registrar, Admissions, and assists Admissions in oversight/completion of applicant data transfer process. The incumbent is responsible for optimizing processes and controls for the student information system integration to SUNY Upstate's additional vendor-supported student systems. This includes, but is not limited to: the primary supporting lead for the College of Medicine Medhub tool.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

5-7 Years of Higher Education and Systems Experience
