Deliver engaging sales presentations based on comprehensive sales training. Collaborate with fellow team members during sales interactions to address customer objections and close additional sales. Provide outstanding customer service to every guest visiting Helzberg Diamonds. Assist in various aspects of store operations, including merchandising, product displays, and store upkeep. Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of experience in a retail sales role, particularly in a commission-driven environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage customers. Strong internal drive and determination. Adaptability to connect with a diverse range of personalities. Jewelry retail experience (1-3 years) is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
