Build ties with local businesses and employers to elevate property appeal and root Uptown in the community.
Operational Precision :
Team up with the Property Manager for regular property reviews, ensuring seamless info flow on leases, , and community vibes.
Shape rent strategies with comp reports and key insights for your Property Manager.
Own the lease process from application to move-in, delivering a smooth, top-tier experience.
Guide new through move-in paperwork, keeping records tight and aligned with Uptown standards.
Track rent, insurance, and utility compliance, flagging issues for escalation when needed.
Conduct property walks to uphold Uptown’s industry-leading standards.
Manage work orders via internal software, ensuring maintenance needs are met fast.
Keep marketing info current on websites and external platforms—accurate and sharp.
Capture properties with as-built floor plans and photos for standout marketing.
Design marketing materials and events that align with Uptown’s brand and boost visibility.
Support PR efforts and orchestrate community events that can’t resist.
Organization
Deliver clear, consistent portfolio performance reports.
Track KPIs, spot variances, and craft action plans—escalating property, process, or staffing challenges to the Regional Manager.
Partner with Maintenance Managers to keep properties on budget and NOI climbing.
