Position Information Position Category Staff Full Time Required Qualifications *Masters degree in Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Physical Demands Job Duty Job Duty promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large; Job Duty promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff and students; Job Duty represent the Division of Student Services on University committees; Job Duty model positive leadership and effective operations within the Division of Student Services; Job Duty provide strategic direction and oversee of the day-to-day operations of Office of Conduct & Community Standards within the Division of Student Services; Job Duty coordinate the UACT 100 course (including but not limited to recruiting & interviewing faculty and staff to serve as instructors & facilitating instructor training); Job Duty design and implement Parent and Family programming; Job Duty Assist in the planning of student leadership awards and recognition programming; Job Duty establish robust relationships with students; Job Duty serve as a student advocate; Job Duty report data for Outcomes Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness reports; Job Duty complete required institutional, program accreditation and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of University programs; Job Duty annually assist with Student Handbook updates; Job Duty perform other duties as assigned.
