Ag Operations Experience Internship

Pay Range: $15- $17/hr

Looking to gain hands-on experience in agriculture? At Prairieland FS, our Ag Operations Experience Internship gives you the chance to learn, grow, and explore career paths in agronomy, feed, energy, and operations.

As an intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, getting practical exposure to how agricultural products are received, stored, and delivered. From handling seed, feed, and fertilizer to shadowing product deliveries and learning safe equipment practices, you'll build skills that set you apart in the ag industry.

What You'll Do

• Assist with blending, mixing, and preparing agricultural products.

• Gain experience in the safe handling of livestock feed, seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products.

• Shadow team members in customer service and product delivery.

• Participate in equipment checks, basic maintenance, and facility organization.

• Learn inventory and compliance recordkeeping practices.

What We're Looking For

• Students pursuing a degree or career in agriculture, agribusiness, or related fields.

• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment operations preferred.

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
